Currency-Exchange.app respects trademark rights and expects customers, partners, and visitors to avoid confusing or misleading use of names, logos, account identifiers, and brand materials.
A violation may occur when someone uses a company name, product name, logo, or other protected mark in a way that could mislead users about source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
Fair use, nominative use, commentary, comparisons, and references that do not create confusion are generally not trademark violations. Having an account, project, or identifier that matches a word mark is not automatically a violation without evidence of confusion or misuse.
Submit trademark reports through the contact page. Use an email address from your organization when possible and include enough information for us to review the claim.
We review trademark reports case by case. Depending on the facts, we may ask for more information, decline the request, ask the account owner to clarify the use, remove confusing material, suspend the account, or take another reasonable action.
Copyright complaints should be submitted under our DMCA Policy.
