Before You Submit a Notice

DMCA Notice Requirements

Response to Notices

If we receive a complete and valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the affected user when appropriate, and take other action required by law or our terms.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the designated agent. It should include your signature, the removed material and its prior location, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and consent to the appropriate jurisdiction and service of process.

Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit infringing material.
