Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your Currency-Exchange.app account and personal information at any time. This page explains how to start the request and what data may need to be retained for legal, billing, fraud prevention, or security reasons.

How to Request Deletion

Contact us through the contact page using the email address linked to your account. Include "Data deletion request" in the message and tell us whether you want to delete the full account or only specific data.

What We Delete

  • Account profile details that are no longer needed.
  • API keys and dashboard access associated with the deleted account.
  • Support messages and optional profile details when retention is no longer required.
  • Operational data that can be safely deleted without breaking billing, tax, legal, or security logs.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when required for invoices, tax, chargeback handling, abuse prevention, security investigations, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. When possible, retained data is limited, anonymized, or separated from active product systems.

Verification and Timing

We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion. We aim to respond within 30 days unless more time is needed for complex, legally restricted, or high-risk requests.
