We want Currency-Exchange.app billing to be predictable. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, subscription changes, and unused credits are handled.
You can cancel a paid subscription from the billing area before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period because API capacity, account access, and support remain available until the period ends.
Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once delivered to your account. If credits were purchased by mistake and have not been used, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the account.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or charged after cancellation, contact us within 30 days of the charge. Include the account email, invoice number if available, and a short description of the issue so we can investigate quickly.
If a confirmed service issue prevents meaningful use of the API, we may offer credits, an account extension, or a refund at our discretion. Refunds are not available for outages caused by customer code, invalid API keys, exhausted credits, unsupported use cases, or third-party systems outside our control.
