This policy explains how we may handle dormant accounts, unused API keys, reserved identifiers, and inactive billing relationships. We use inactivity controls to protect customers, reduce security risk, and keep account names and resources available for active use.
Accounts with no login, API, billing, or support activity for an extended period may be marked inactive. We may email the account owner before disabling dashboard access, revoking API keys, or removing unused resources.
API keys that have not been used for a long period may be disabled or require rotation. This reduces the risk of forgotten keys being exposed in old systems, logs, or repositories.
Usernames, project names, or other identifiers may not be held solely to block others from using them. If an inactive account appears to reserve a name needed for a legitimate trademark, product, or business use, we may review the account and contact the owner before taking action.
Paid plans, invoices, credits, and refunds are handled under the billing terms and refund policy. Account inactivity does not automatically cancel subscriptions unless the plan is cancelled through the billing workflow or by support.
If an inactive account appears to conflict with your trademark or organization name, review our Trademark Policy and contact support with supporting details.
Use the contact page to ask about an inactive account, request reactivation, or resolve an identifier issue.
